- What is the Minimum Order Amount for free delivery?
Free delivery above the order of AED 75, if order is less than AED 75 will be charged AED 15 per order.

After I place my order, can I add/remove items?

When I make a purchase online are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase online?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on www.jmbfarmfresh.com. The price you see on the product page is just what you pay.

Can I order to a different address?

Yes the delivery address can be different from the billing address.

- What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There is no delivery charges order up to 75/- AED.

- Which areas do we deliver?
Currently we deliver in Dubai and Sharjah.

- Is same day delivery available?
If you place your order before 12 noon, it will be delivered on the same day.

- If I received my order which is not incomplete.
After we receive your order, we will confirm the availability. If you receive missing item in your order at the time of delivery (possibly will not happen) will charge you only those item which you receive.

- Can I order to a different address?
If you will pay at delivery address then it is not matter what is your order and billing address are.

- Are the products fresh as the same day of delivery?
Our product are fresh for example vegetables and leaves prepared and packed daily.

- Can I order required origin of product?
Yes you can order your required origin products but it is up to availability of that particular product.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay through POS machine and cash on delivery.

How can I pay if I’m out from delivery address when order arrives?

Give us time of delivery when you will available, in case of emergency we will manage your delivery time.

- Return Policy?
If you are not happy with your delivered products, you can return at the time of delivery.

- How do I get a receipt?
You will receive two receipts, one is an electronic receipt which will receive on your registered email address after booking you order, and second printed invoice when your shopping box is delivered by the driver.
Quality
Good quality product decides the long term life of any business, we deliver every order after passing Quality Control Team, however if you are not satisfied kindly return your order on the spot.
